Although a commercial project this Heritage Orangery was built using all the same techniques we have developed over the years on our domestic projects, all of which have had to comply with building regulations.

Air conditioning was installed into the ceiling void created by the roof decking along with a 50 microspot lighting system controlled by various dimmer switches to achieve many lighting effects.

The lanterns have been cleverly decorated by the proprietor with fine muslin drapes to soften the effect of the glass lanterns.

The wedding hall is split into 2 levels with a second staircase leading up to the lounge bar (there is also a disabled lift to the left of the stairs to the bar).

The crowning glory of every Heritage Orangery is the glass lanterns and specialist leadwork. Our lanterns are always made using the finest hardwoods from sustainable sources with any of the latest glazing options available.

We only use traditional leadwork for our decking as nothing else looks the same or has the same permanent durability.

 

Weddings are already a great success and the unanimous verdict is that the Heritage Orangery room is THE most cheerful venue to host your happiest day anywhere .

The inside of the Orangery has equal wow factor!

The Orangery can comfortably seat 180 covers with the breakfast area doubling up as a disco floor.

 

 

At the heart of every Heritage Orangery is steel! 13 tons of it on this occasion. This is all carefully proved by our structural engineers and rechecked by building control.

Each lantern has 4 electronically roof vents operated by rocker switches. In a domestic application these would operate Singularly, in pairs or all at once. The chandelier is a fine central feature to set off the lantern.
