We were invited to this property to help overcome a building problem that could no longer go unaddressed. Back in the fifties our clients beautiful Tudor style property had been blessed with the addition of a squash court, however our client felt this was no longer such a blessing as it was about to fall down! After discussions it was agreed the key ingredients for replacement were the provision of a large leisure area with plenty of light and access to the beautiful garden views, along with a gymnasium complete with toilet and shower room on a second level.
The new extension obviously needed the old squash court removing to enable the Heritage extension.
The resulting finished extension has proved everything our clients had dreamed of.

As you can see, what was an unsightly block is now a prime example of the
Heritage wow factor applied to a Heritage extension.

The use of a white hardwood lantern with the latest heat/ solar reflective glass, keeping the heat in during the winter and reducing the solar build up in the summer, create the bright Heritage Orangery atmosphere in which to relax all year round.
