With a slightly awkward site on two levels our clients weren’t sure that they’re dream of extending their property to create more living space in which to enjoy the view of their lovely garden would ever become a reality. But no site is too awkward for the team at Heritage and the end result not only fulfilled but exceeded their expectations!

The block work and roof joists were then built up around the steel frame.

True 20mm slim-line Georgian bars were used on the windows
Door furniture to match the existing house was fitted.
The use of a steel frame also allowed for a vaulted ceiling internally without unsightly tie bars being necessary.

The use of the apex steel frame allows for a large glass gable at the rear of the extension.
A steel frame was used to support the roof and stabilise the building.
The glass gable and window and door fenestration provide an excellent view of the surrounding garden.
